Welcome to Eve’s House Cleaning LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they outline your rights and responsibilities.


1. Services Provided

Eve’s House Cleaning LLC offers residential cleaning services tailored to each client’s specific needs. Service scope, frequency, and pricing are determined and agreed upon before scheduling.


2. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee.

  • If our team cannot access the property at the scheduled time, a lockout fee may apply.


3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  • Accepted forms of payment: cash, check, or other arrangements approved in advance.

  • Returned checks will incur a $35 service fee.

  • Additional charges may apply for extra services not included in the original estimate.


4. Access to Property

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring our cleaning staff has access to the property on the scheduled day and time.

  • Please secure pets and inform us of any alarm systems or entry instructions.


5. Quality Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment.

  • We will return to re-clean the specific area(s) at no additional cost.


6. Liability and Damages

  • Eve’s House Cleaning LLC is insured and exercises care when cleaning your property.

  • We are not responsible for damage due to improper installation, faulty surfaces, or pre-existing conditions.

  • Accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service.

  • Liability is limited to the cost of the service or repair at our discretion.


7. Use of Cleaning Products

  • We use standard, non-eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

  • If you have allergies, sensitivities, or product preferences, please inform us before your appointment.


8. Refusal of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for the following reasons:

  • Unsafe or hazardous environments

  • Disrespectful or inappropriate behavior

  • Repeated late payments or cancellations

  • Conditions exceeding standard cleaning scope


9. Privacy
